Sit, relax, and watch dolphins play in the white-water waves from the privacy of a large wrap-around deck while enjoying 180-degree views from the Coronado Islands off Mexico to the Imperial Beach Pier, Coronado Bay Bridge to downtown San Diego. Listen to the waves lapping on the sandy beach while watching spectacular Pacific sunsets. Private stairs take you directly to the expansive sandy beach. Walk or jog for miles in either direction. The condo has large living and dining areas and a full kitchen w/tiled island prep/serving bar. Both the master and guest bedrooms have full private baths and built-in TVs. Newly refurnished décor throughout. Located on the 2nd level with elevator access in a small 5-unit complex in a quiet beach community.

The accommodations were just as pictured. Clean, comfortable and everything you could ask for. The beach was 15 feet from the condo and the view was beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Imperial Beach was as serene and relaxing as ever and the condo was perfect, even for a family w/ four children. :) I was so impressed w/ the small details, i.e. excellent quality bed sheets, quality kitchen knives, the awesome gift basket & wine upon arrival. The little things made it feel a home away from home. Thank you so much Mark & Laurel!

We had a great two weeks at your wonderful condo: even if the weather didn't cooperate fully! We were very pleased with the accommodation and both Laurel and Mark were hospitable and welcoming. It was a great place to stay to get to know San Diego and do some golf.

A quiet, lovely place to relax and enjoy the waves, the dolphins, pelicans, gulls and a large balcony with a very comfortable condo. We will return again if at all possible.

My adult children and I spent a week in June at this lovely condo. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, not commercialized, but close enough to restaurants,malls, golf courses,etc. The air is fresh and clean, the view magnificent. We will return to this condo.
