This was a perfect condo for two. Everything was clean and the kitchen fully equipped for the most part (could have used a few more glasses). We ate a number of our meals in, so the kitchen was a huge plus for us. The condo is very conveniently located to the beach, Kapiolani Park, Ala Wai Canal, etc. We walked everywhere. Kai was extremely helpful and the rental equipment top-notch. The washers/dryers were convenient, reasonably priced and well maintained. We would definitedly stay here again and in the same condo - great trade winds. Julie

Found this location via internet searches, contacted many other locations, this site had the best customer service, user friendly booking service, honest advertising, clean and well-maintained, and even allowed a relative of mine to visit and check the place out! It is a diamond in the rough not too far from Diamond Head. On the Eastern side of Waikiki- you are away from most of the hustle and bustle and crowds. Short walk to the not so crowded side of Waikiki Beaches, Kapiolani Park, Zoo, Ala Wai Canal, yet close enough you can catch the trolley, bus, or walk to the Heart of Waikiki, Ala Moana shopping, etc.. Condo interior was great, stylish, roomy- full kitchen helped us feed 3 year old at odd hours and times, and saved money and waistlines from constant restaurant food! Futon in the closet worked well for extra toddler sleeping and sitting around to watch tv. Hidden doors allowed the adults some privacy by separating the bedroom from the kitchen area. Well stocked with beach and bath towels and rentable other beach stuff on request. Manager came to fix broken remote control quickly- not that you want to stay in doors to watch tv, DVD/CD or VHS a lot in Hawaii. Parking space and internet access was a definite plus! Only drawback- we live where it is quiet at night and are used to that. After 9 p.m. or so the noise from the streets of Waikiki- buses, taxis, people, starts to calm down. We didn't use the A\C, which would have masked the noise if we wanted. We tired our selves out most days sight seeing, visiting, shopping, swimming, etc. Must use stairs for the upper levels. We'll go back, and I do recommend this location to others.

We had a pleasant stay at the Royal Moana. The unit was well-equipped and in close proximity to the beach (~5 minutes). The neighborhood was noisy during our stay, mostly due to the fact it was New Year's Eve. The bed was also smaller than expected and not very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and great to work with - they went out of their way to help reimburse the cost of days we didn't stay at the condo due to changes in vacation dates. I would recommend the Royal Moana, particularly to small families or people staying in Waikiki for an extended period of time (we only stayed two nights).
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure taking care of these guests. We go our of our way to make sure you have an amazing Hawaii experience! I timed a 3 minute walk to the beach and Waikiki in general is noisy on New Years Eve. The beds are queen sized, and recently purchased brand new, but I guess some people are used to their home bed. Anyways, please come and see what our increasing number of repeat guests are experiencing.

Hi Kai, We wanted to thank you for creating such an affordable and hospitable place to stay while visiting Oahu. We really enjoyed our time there and the location easily allowed us to explore the island on our first visit. It was also nice to come "home" to a clean and well equipped condo. We look forward to coming back some day!

Other comments - Most units have stairs to access; if you can't climb stairs look for a first floor unit. We happened to be in Waikiki for Halloween and had an unexpected treat of watching the costume parade! It really is a short walk to the beach and commercial areas from this condo. It was an easy drive for a day trip to the North Shore (about an hour?)
Owner's Response: Our first time guests are finding out that you would be hard pressed to find a place this nice & this comfortable especially for the price! Let us show you what keeps our regular guests coming back..... The Aloha Spirit!
