Superior quality Villa recently built. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with full bath & 2nd with shower), fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer & microwave, dining room, lounge, sky TV, your own exclusive pool & barbecue. The villa has 3 large sun terraces and patio over looking the 4th & 2nd fairways of the magnificent Panoramica golf club. Linen & bath towels are provided with maid service. 24 hour security and access to resident English team for information & advice.

Nearest Beach: beach at 11.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Combine golf, sun, sea, mountains, culture & relaxation. Just at the top of the Costa Blanca where the Mediterranean climate produces 300 days of sunshine a year. The shopping & beaches of Vinaros & Benicarlo are close by, each with its own fascinating fiestas & wonderful restaurants. Peniscola, with its 14th century castle (2nd most visited in Spain) has an old town full of shops & restaurants, a craft market throughout the summer & some superb beaches & seafront restaurants not to be missed!! There are weekly markets. Portaventura theme park is less then 30 minutes away & the Aquarama water park in Benicassim is 30 minutes. The golf course is a PGA golf course & also we have another 4 golf courses in close proximity. In fact the region has something for everyone!!

Golf course: Panoramica is a superb golf course, covering 198 acres. It is already regarded as one of the most interesting & attractive courses in Europe. It has been voted the 8th best golf course in 2008 in Spain. There are practice greens for chipping & putting, three full practice holes & Spain's largest driving range. There is a club house to relax in offering a restaurant & bar. There is a pro-shop offering hire of golf buggies, trolleys both electric and ordinary and also club hire is available. Women, men & juniors are all welcome to play at this club. The club also boosts three Spanish champions living on the course. There are also three other excellent courses near by.
