Beautiful accomodations, excellent service

It's always a roll of the dice when booking vacation rentals but this was our best experience by far. The home is in a great location--a quiet gated neighborhood in DC Ranch, close to shopping and you get access to a community center, which has pools, tennis and basketball courts and a gym. The home is spacious. Each bedroom had an ensuite. The master ensuite had a decent walk in shower. The flooring, appliances, furnishings were all in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes, utensils, spices, etc. and there was even some water and pop in the fridge when we arrived. The heated pool was nice for the kids to play in. The owner was very responsive by email when we had questions during the visit. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will book again next time we are in Scottsdale. On previous visits we have stayed at the Fairmont Princess and Four Seasons, but we found the house rental to be a far better alternative. Lower nightly rates, more space, privacy, and freedom to do our own thing in terms of cooking without giving up the sense of luxury.
