Very nice beach block duplex upper unit in great north end neighborhood close to everything,1/2 block to beach. This house is on one of the best streets at the north end. New kitchen, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, refinished original hard wood floors, ceiling fans and A/C units throughout, flat screen TVs/cable in each bedroom, laundry room/sun porch with new full size W/D. Bedrooms 1 and 2 - Queen beds Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds each, futon in living room. Large outdoor shower doubles as dressing room, rear deck and elevated front porch w/seating for 6 to kick back and relax. Short walk to guarded beach and boards, restaurants, famous OC Island Grill and Brown's on the boardwalk, Pesanos 5 and dime, local delis, coffee shop, rides and ice cream. Offstreet parking for one car. 4 beach chairs and 4 beach badges included. This is a great house on a great street you will thoroughly enjoy. This house is located at the northern end of Ocean City at the start of the commercial boardwalk which runs from 1st Street to 14th Street. The house is located on the 800 block which is the main beach block. This area is known as 'North End' just south of 'Garden Section' of Ocean City. This area is nice becuase everything is close, you can walk or bike to most destinations includng the rides on the boardwalk. At the same time, you are far enough away from the main activity that it's quiet at night. Ocean City is rated the number one family resort town in the United States by Travel Channel. "Truely Amazing Vacation"

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time on vacation this year! It was hard to pick a house that would be clean enough for me as I am a bit of a neat freak! My daughter who knows me well picked this home and it was perfect!The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the home was absolutely spotless and had every amenity we needed to enjoy a great week together. Our children took surf lessons, we played board games, walked to the boardwalk, beach and out to dinner. We couldn't have enjoyed our vacation more even though the weather wasn't perfect! Thanks so much, this house comes highly recommended!

We stayed in this lovely house last summer. The house is in beautiful condition and is in a great location. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The street is quiet with hardly any traffic, and what cars do travel on the street drive slowly. The house is close to a nice quiet beach and you can also walk to the amusements at night, although they are far enough away that the location is still quiet. The outside shower was fabulous, as was the comfy porch. Also, there are quite a few nice restaurants that are walking distance and we rode our bikes to many more. Highly recommended for a great week at the Jersey shore.

Love the open design of this home...we could be making dinner and still keep an eye on our grandson...watch tv, put puzzles together, read a book, relax on the porch, and still be able to talk to one another if we wanted:)
The home is very clean and tastefully decorated, And only steps to the beach (and Brown's Donuts!!!)...
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.
Thanks for our new family memories:)
