This three bedroom, two bath home is just down to the road to the quaint shops and upscale dining of Old Naples on Fifth Avenue. The home is furnished in great taste. Tile is used throughout the home and granite countertops are used in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen features LG appliances with raised-panel cherry wood cabinets. This is a spacious home with exceptional furnishings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a Ethan Allen country-French Queen bed set. The third bedroom has two twins beds with French doors going out to the lanai. The spacious lanai features three sets of double French doors. The home sits on two exquisitely landscaped lots with lush tropical foliage. There is a Grecian-style heated swimming pool with Koi-stocked fish pond and the property completely fenced in. Other features include DSL internet, full premium cable TV and the living room and master bedroom.

Nice time in Naples

I had a very enjoyable time in Naples and part of the reason was due to the very nice rental property. This is a modest looking house (on the outside) in a quiet neighborhood. The inside was well furnished and very clean. The Lanai was very relaxing and overlooked the pool. There is an abundance of seating and plenty of room in the house and around the pool. This house had everything that we needed for our stay. It was a short drive to the Fifth Ave shopping district and the beaches. When I visit Naples again, I would like to stay in this house. Chris, the property manager was promp in returing our security deposit.

I have been here for 9 nights in the periode of end september till begin october 2008. I was with my mother, husband and child. (4 jears) The place is very good! It has lots of privacy. The pool is great, it s a very large pool!
When we needed some help, Chris came as soon as possible. Naples has a very nice beach with dolphins swimming nearby. also close to Everglades.
i am looking forward to come here again and want to thank Chris for letting us stay in his house!
