A Lovely Home for a Fun Girls Getaway

I came to Rosarito for a girls weekend away and was pleased to find this lovely beachfront home. From the beginning, the owner was very helpful and informative. She returned all my emails promptly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent directions as well as restaurant and shopping recommendations. (The fish taco place she recommended was fantastic!!)
The home was clean and well-maintained. There were minor issues such as the DVD player wasn't working, the outdoor grill wasn't working (or we didn't know how to get it to work), there were bulldozers making a lot of noise on the beach in the middle of the night (although, thats not the fault of the owner). We had the bottom floor three-bedroom unit. No one was renting out the top floor unit but when the maid came to clean one morning, we heard everything,
The beach is not a private beach so there were a lot of people riding their four wheelers, horses walking by, people selling things. It was noisy but we didn't care. There is a large expanse of grass separating the beach from the home and no one crossed onto our grass. And we were never bothered. Most importantly, we felt safe at all times. Everyone around us were always friendly and out on the beach to have a good time.
All in all, the six of us had a blast. If you are looking for peace and quiet only, you might not find it here. But if you are looking for a full functioning comfortable home that you don't even need to leave, this might be for you. :)
