Greek revival style 1842 Captain's House furnished with antiques on top of Academy Hill in Old Historic District in quiet, secluded neighborhood, yet only a short walk to major restaurants, shopping, beaches and harbor. Off street garage parking for one car. Private back and side yard, attractive plantings, screened porch, hammock and lawn furniture, outside shower. House has living room, kitchen, dining room, den and 4 bedrooms. Location, location, location. This house is close to everything in town, yet on quite death end lane.
