Enjoy the beach at it's best. Beautiful panoramic views from all rooms. Step onto private beach, swim to the dock or enjoy the sailboats from the nearby marina. Close to downtown Niantic, with quaint shops, children's museum, McCook park with many summer concerts. Also restaurants and a movie theater are near by. Enjoy a walk along the Niantic ocean front boardwalk. House has large kitchen open to living and dining area. Everything is brand new. Out door shower available. House is 1900 sq ft with 2 bedrooms. Harkness park and shopping mall nearby. Up scale stores near mall shopping. Plenty of nearby dining and groceries. Charter boat deep sea fishing nearby as well the CT Casinos. Year round property available off season rates.

Many restaurants. Children's museum, McCook park with huge playground. Downtown Niantic minutes away with quaint shops, oceanfront restaurants, movie theater, make your own ceramics, ocean front boardwalk to enjoy. Many concerts, dances and festivals to enjoy at McCook park including teen dances. Plenty of outside picnic area there also. Deep Sea fishing charters within minutes. Surf fishing within minutes. State boat launch within minutes. Kayak on Niantic River only minutes away. New London water park near by. Off season rates available.

Wow, what a view

This was a vacation rental to die for. Such a nice beach community and prime location right on the beach. The view from every room was breathtaking. The house is in pristine condition. We will most certainly return again next year.
