Brand new 1200 sq ft 2 BR 2 BA beach front condominium with a private 1500 sq ft roof terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, island and sunset views. King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, flat screen tv's in both.Top of the line furniture and all amenities for your enjoyment. If you enjoy quiet walks on the beach, fine restaurants, or just a relaxing evening at home away from the crowded hotels then our condominium at Oceania Resort Residences is the perfect location for you.

Aruba offers almost perfect weather, beautiful beaches, and is rich in culture. For your entertainment great shopping, championship golf courses, several fine restaurants, casinos, bars, shows, theaters, and too many daily excursions to list, all within a ten minute drive by car or bus which stops directly in front of Oceania Resort Residences.

You will have unlimited access to the tennis courts, fitness ctr, business ctr, and 24 hour security. Our unit is also equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience.

Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and at departure. Daily housekeeping available for additional cost of $40/day.

Just recently returned from the BEST vacation our family ever had. Everything was perfect and the view was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. Rishi was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything that we needed to know. The security guards at the front gate were wonderful. The pools were very clean and refreshing and Eagle Beach was beautiful. We truly did not want to leave and are already planning our next visit to Aruba. It will surely include staying at this condo again~we could not have picked a better place to stay. Thanks for everything! Hope to see you soon!!! .

Beautiful Location

My family just got back from spending an awesome week at this property. The ocean views from the balcony and rooftop are amazing with Eagle Beach just across the street. The place is just as described and is in excellent condition. Plenty of room for a family with extremely comfortable beds. Grocery stores are nearby to stock up and great restaurants are a short drive up the road. Easy access in/out. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation at Michael and Jennifer's place, many thanks in making our trip
another memorable week in Aruba. All was great and can not say anything that should be changed. Lots of room, beds extreamly confortable and the view was breathtaking. Rishi, who explained everything to us was great, he know we just wanted to get our swim suits on and head to the beach, did not wast no time and was always available if we needed him. Anyone who picks this place will not be disappointed, trust me on this one! Thanks and hope to see you in 2014!

This condo is very beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation is there. This condos Eagle Beach location is much more peaceful and relaxing than the Palm Beach area down the road. Palm beach is all high rise hotels, water sport sales and restaurants and clubs. Eagle beach is quiet, relaxing and never crowded. If your in the mood for the excitement of Palm Beach it is only an $8 cab ride away. The owner, Mike, and his local contact, Rishi, were both very nice and easy to contact and deal with. I would definitely recomend this condo to friends and family.

Great visit!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in Aruba. This was our first visit there. The accommodations at the Oceania were superb! Michael and Jennifer were so easy to work with, answering all of our questions. The condo was all it says in the description and more. Very well stocked. Even had beach chairs, beach bags, beach towels, etc. Also had a great view of the beach. The grounds were very well maintained and never crowded. The security people were very nice (we had problems with the alarm on our rental car, setting it off several times in the parking lot - oops!) It actually was our home away from home! Very very comfortable. We would recommend a rental car, for sightseeing, and as you must go off-grounds to eat, unless you bring in your own food. We would suggest the Natural Pool Jeep tour where you get to experience a totally different aspect of the island's landscape. Our favorite restaurant was the Flying Fishbone. Very romantic and unique. We will definitely come back!
