Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Sorry No Week Ends or Partial Weeks Spring Break or in the Summer.

These ground floor units have the best of both worlds. They have a beautiful view of the crystal blue gulf of Mexico from the unit and also they have the convenience of being located on the ground floor and being able to walk right out of the back door to the balcony and then straight onto the pool deck. You never have to take an elevator to get to these units. This is especially handy in the peak season. Most of the ground floor units at the Treasure Island are in front of the pool and there will be chairs and lots of people outside your balcony. But these units are located on the East end of the building away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area leaving an unobstructed view of the gulf.

The inside of the unit is very tastefully decorated sparing no expense. There are plasma TVs in every room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, there is two bunk beds and there is a pull out couch. Both units are decorated exactly alike.

The Treasure Isalnd front office does charge a $20 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

They also charge $40 to bring a dog. Only one dog per condo is allowed and the dog must not exceed 30 lbs.

These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.

Our recent stay was amazing. We have stayed in Treasure Island and loved it. Highrise building, with a nice pool deck overlooking to the beach. Room is huge,plenty of space for big family with teenagers. Hot tub, outdoor pool,arkade, i mean you name it. Very convenient parking. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you so much for a beautiful stay at the Treasure Island in PCB! We were very pleased with Emerald Coast Destination services and our condo. Our condo was everything and more we could ask for. We had pans and pots, a fridge, and everything else to cook our breakfast and lunch every day. We know each condo is independently owned so that means not every condo is the same when it comes to décor, maintenance and cleanliness. Therefore, we want to say thank you again for such a great experience!

My family loves the beach. Therefore, we were looking forward to come here to visit. We didn’t have good luck with the place that we originally rented. Thank goodness, we found vrbo and Emerald Coast Destinations agency right away! I was surprised that during such a busy time as July they found us a wonderful condo to stay at. First of all, the location of Treasure Island was optimal. Second, the unit was squeaky clean and very spacious. We quickly went through all the rooms to make sure everything was ok so we don’t find any “surprises” later on. All was well and we finally settled to have a great time in PCB. We are grateful to the agency for hooking us up in such a short notice.

Treasure island is wonderful, definately to go back condo. Ground floor unit we satyed in was so comfortable and quick access to parking lot. Satisfied with quality and cleaniless of the room. Highly reccomend this place to everyone.

When we arrived to the condo, we were very impressed, that how close it is to the parking lot, Usually whenever you stay in condos you have to park accross from building and take at least 2 elevators to get to the room. But this time it was very easy.The room is on ground flloor . Light colors in this room makes it very large and neat. Very clean. Our balcony was amazing, you have an easy access to the pool and to the beach.Couple restaraunts is within walking distance and souvenier stores are close by too. We like Treasure Island and we will be back.
