Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This was the very first time we had ever rented a home (as a church group) as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms. This was the ultimate getaway, we had a few couples so they were able to have there own bedrooms while the others had plenty of space to have their privacy as well. On top of having 5 bedrooms, a huge kitchen to cook and save money, there was also a huge living area with big screen tv, movies and a board game or two. This location was perfect and a grocery store was right down the road. What more can you ask for? Besides the fact, James, the owner so graciously helped us through the whole process (answered questions, returned calls, and even called us the day we arrived). We appreciate all that was done and would recommend anyone to this home as a getaway or extended stay in the Houston area.

We booked this property for our family holiday and it was one of the best thing we did. Usually, holiday experience will be good or bad depending on where you rest your head at night.

The house was clean, everything you may ever need was provided, the owner is wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the general environment was great.

We definitely will come back and have actually recommended it to our friends.

It is truly home away from home. We could have paid more in a hotel and get less comfortable but I am glad we stayed here.

Never stay in a hotel again!

Our family of 6 needed a place to stay while participating in a wedding in the Houston area. We would be there for 4 days, and dreaded staying in a hotel with our four kids. Hotels don’t really work for us anymore because if the kids need a nap or we want them to go to bed, we all have to join them. So we went online and found this place, and thank God we did. It was just what we needed, and more. It was a beautiful home in a very upscale neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family, as well as a couple of uncle and cousins that joined us as well. There were 11 of us in all and we had room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of bathrooms, a laundry room and plenty of TV's. And best of all, by dividing up the cost, it was cheaper than a hotel, and with so many more conveniences! The transaction was simple and secure. I hope we can find a home like this every time we travel. Also, it was very close to downtown Houston (about 20 minutes) and only an hour from the Johnson Space Station and the coast with lots to do.

Perfect home for family comfort.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful all the way through the process and timely with refunding the deposit. The layout of the home allowed us to have comfort for several family members attending a wedding in Richmond. The house was clean and well kept and in a beautiful location. It was a nice neighborhood and traffic friendly. We will definately stay at this property again.
