Indian Pass is one of the last remote places on the Florida coast. This property is large 125' beach frontage plus an additional 200'+ that is not occupied. It is over 500' deep. The house sits above a major sand dune giving the height for awesome views of both the Gulf of Mexico and of St. Vincent Island, a private government island. Sun bathing, beach walking, and fishing plus exploring the area all make it a quiet, private, and romantic place that will rejuvenate you. We are now available for fall listings.

Indian Pass is remote, quiet, and beautiful. There is a deserted island game preserve across the pass. The town of Apalachicola which was recently named one of the 12 distinctive historical towns in the US to visit is only 12 miles away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a short high season at spring Break. Also 4th of July week is higher.
  • Fall after high season, the rate is $1695. plus tax, a refundable security deposit of 250. and a pet fee when applicable. We do give some discounts on late bookings, only 2 guests, and long weeks\ends in the fall. There is also a pet fee for approved pets.
  • Monthly rates are available from October to mid March.

The best beach experience ever

I celebrated my 50th birthday here for a week in Oct. 2007 with 10 of my closest girlfriends. This clean and cozy yet roomy beach house was simply spectacular! It is in a beautiful remote setting overlooking one of Florida's last remaining natural sand dunes. We enjoyed views of the gulf, the waterway and an island teaming with all kinds of birds including bald eagles and peacocks. I highly recommend Rejuvenation for a relaxing beach vacation away from the noise, neon signs and crowds.

Perfect Girls Week Out

This was the most amazing place EVER! We were a group of nine healthy women (ages 40 to 50ish) who came to Rejuvenation and enjoyed the beach and wildlife. This property is the best beachfront property I have ever rented. There were stairs leading from the house to the beach, the stairs did not pose a problem for us at all, and we had the beach all to ourselves for the majority of the week. The sand dunes and foliage are beautiful; the water is in full view from the upstairs bedroom as well as the downstairs living area and balconies. Everything in the description is accurate and the house was immaculate. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and other wildlife. A large sea turtle laid eggs about 50 yards down the beach, we watched as the Turtle Patrol moved the nest to the edge of the dunes and marked the nest to keep it protected. This is a great place to do nothing at all or plan an adventure every day. A trip to St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge for a short hike is a must! The house is close enough to Panama City and Apalachicola for outings. The owners were very friendly, helpful and very sweet. Truly an amazing property …we will be back!!

Perfect for Us

I feel in love with this house when I walked in! I loved the ole Florida feel - so homey - so comfortable. We had relatives for three days - the upstairs is perfect for company. Geri was wonderful - very helpful and very nice! The beach was very secluded which I loved - great walks and shelling. We extended our stay for 4 extra days - it was just what we needed. As stated before - there are stairs as you see in the photos -so make sure you can do those. I would love a sceened porch to enjoy being oustside as much as possible. Geri is working on that! Great house- great owners- great oysters!

The Great Escape!

Rejuvenation is aptly named. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and locaton of this great vacation home. The kids (ages 7,8,9) loved the "tree house" feel of the house on stilts.
We loved the layout -- great master suite downstairs and 2 roomy bedrooms upstairs. The house has alot of stairs so would not be good for anyone with mobility issues.
The beach is great with lots of shells. The current can be quite strong so watch the little ones! We came with our kayaks and crossed the channel to the St. Vincent Natl. Seashore -- that was fantastic. A sea turtle swam alongside my kayak!
We went scalloping nearby -- what fun! We went to Appalachicola -- a wonderful little town.
Indian Pass is a wonderful escape from the usual Florida tourist trap ickiness. There is wildlife everywhere and not very many people -- a perfect combinaton.
The owners of Rejuvenation were very nice and helpful. Good people! I would certainly recommend this property to a friend.

Not a beachfront property

The photos of this property that is listed as beachfront try to suggest that it is; but the truth that we saw was a house sitting behind a giant sand dune where the view of the beach was totally obscured.
