- There is a short high season at spring Break. Also 4th of July week is higher.
- In the spring and summer and fall after high season the rate is $1695. plus tax, a refundable security deposit of 250. and a pet fee when applicable. We do give some discounts on late bookings and long weeks\ends in the fall. High season starts May 19th and ends with the week of August 11th. The high season rate is 1995. plus tax, and a 250. security deposit. There is also a pet fee for approved pets.
