Child safe, private, gated, professionally landscaped yard, with Paverstone Patio and heated in ground saltwater swimming pool, with safety cover. Family room with Pioneer Flatscreen HDTV and built in surround sound system. New kitchen with marble counter top, new stainless steel gas stove with convection oven, new stainless steel microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with filtered drinking water. Laundry room with high capacity LG washer and dryer. Bathroom with a whirlpool and a steam shower. Full basement with a Ping Pong Table. Very short walk to Saltwater Swan Lake with canoe or kayak access to the Ocean and only 1.2 miles to the beach and walk to the village. Very close to the Cape Cod Bike Path

Great Family Reunion Home

We visited this home at the end of June through 4th of July, 2009. We had 13 people staying (7 adults and 6 kids), and we had a lovely time. The house was huge and the accommodations were perfect. The home was in good condition. The master bedroom was huge. We loved the steam shower. The surround sound was awesome, being help to cook in the kitchen and still listen to the music. Although the weather was in the 70’s, the kids enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. My son enjoyed playing ping pong with his grandma everyday. The house was so convenient to the beaches and shopping. Our favorite beach was Corporation Beach, about 15 minutes away. Dennisport is located in the middle of Cape Cod, so it was a great location for sight seeing. Steve, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and very professional. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in the area. We felt like it was our home away from home. My kids missed the house.

This beautiful home housed 14 of us for a week (mostly raining :( ). The Landlord Steve is wonderful, attentive, and always reachable! The pool is heated and covered (when not in use) and is pristine condition. The Steam Room shower was a huge hit, as was the deep jacuzzi tub! Relatively well appointed in the kitchen, the house overall was MUCH more like home! The only thing used more than the pool was the ping pong table in the garage. Easy to get to the store as well as the beach( and mini golf,trampolineing,icecream,beach shops etc...), I highly recommend this home for a large family!
