Thank you so much. It was a great pleasure sharing your house at the Bay. Our family enjoyed our time in the sun. Hope to return again !
We have rented this home twice, including the cottage on one occasion. We love this place. Good location, close to downtown area and beach. Will definitely rent again. The beds are super comfortable....great mattresses. That is important to us. Owner so easy to work with and response to any issue is timely. There is nothing negative to say about this vrbo. If I could have one alteration, it would be to have foliage around driveway cut back a bit....is a bit hard getting into and out of large vehicles. But still absolutely love this place.
My daughters and I came to explore beach & bayou. We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed every moment!
I was looking for a beach retreat in my home state so I could have some quiet time and also enjoy family (2 adult brothers, senior mom, 2 young adult nephews + 1 fiancee) as well. The cottage was everything Tammy & Kevin promised and more. My two small dogs agreed. AFter 1800 miles in the car, I guess most anything would have looked good to them but they loved the screen porch and daily walks on the beach. Walking to Old Bay St Louis was no more than 10 minutes. The Serious Bread Company was terrific with scones, flat breads, and yummy cookies. Flax & Linen shop had wonderful easy women's clothes and shoes. I did shop a bit. Farmer's Market in Pass Christian was a delight with fresh produce, jellies, and artisans.
This is the first time our family has vacationed away from home together as adults and my brothers agreed…next year, we do it again…maybe longer. We had plenty of room. The house had everything. Thanks, Tammy, for having the blender for AM smoothies when I arrived.
We will be back and wouldn't think of staying anyplace else.
We were looking for a place that our family could get away from it all and enjoy the Gulf Coast. This property was absolutely perfect! We haven't had a trip as relaxing as our stay in Bay St. Louis for a long time! Am already trying to figure out when we can go back, but only if we can stay in this house again!
We traveled from Minnesota to Bay St Louis for a wedding and were very happy with our decision to stay in this cottage. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend you give this property a try!
Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, spacious and nicely decorated with antiques. We did use the cottage out back, and enjoyed using the grill and hammock. The location was fantastic, walking distance to fishing pier and beach, and even walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Trapani's and getting fresh scones and muffins almost daily from the Serious Bread Company. The Blind Tiger was a favorite bar on the beach. Buttercup was great for breakfast, the Crawfish Etouffe Omelet was great! We would definitely return. We regretted not renting bikes from Bay Breeze on Main, and not getting Magnolia Money sooner. Go to the Visitor Center at the old train depot and show your our of state license to get $20 per person in Magnolia Money usable at many local restaurants and eateries.
