Come relax in a brand new tri-level villa in February Point, Great Exuma. Discover the pristine cays where scenes from Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed. With over 2400 SF of living space and 1200 SF of veranda, your accommodations will be spacious and comfortable. Located on the first floor is the living/dining area and kitchen, with a half bath. A closet houses the washer and dryer. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight with more availability on the deck. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located in the loft. Soak in the garden tub or try the multi-head shower. Outdoors there is a jacuzzi and dock at the waters edge.
Location
There are direct flights to Exuma(Georgetown) daily from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Direct flights as well on certain days from Atlanta Ga.,Charlotte N/C and other NE cities. The Villa is located in the private gated community of February point just 15 minutes from the airport. Great Exuma is in the southern most chain of the Bahamas and protected from all the commercial industry and cruise ships. Enjoy the many private beaches and natural beauty of the Bahamas. But if activity is what you are looking for then look no further. The Island offers world-class bone fishing, shallow water diving and snorkeling, unchartered waters for Blue water trolling & excellent spearfishing. Lobster season opens August 1st and is a great sport for all ages and skill level. 20 minutes away land lovers can enjoy a round of Golf at the Four Seasons or try their luck at the casino.

- A rental deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. The balance due plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Funds may be paid by us check or credit card. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 90 days of the arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 90 days of scheduled arrival. However, if cancellation is due to Hurricane we will give full credit toward another date.
- Weekly reservations are based on 6 nights stay. Discounted monthly pricing is available.
