CALENDAR IS UP TO DATE.Great news!! Air Canada offers a direct flight from Toronto to Georgetown. Delta flys direct from ATL. Our villa will allow for 3 couples to have separate and private sleeping/bathing accommodations. On the first floor is living and dining space. A laundry closet houses the washer and dryer. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight with more availability on the deck. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located in the loft. Minn's boat rentals are nearby for your convenience. February Point is a gated community with private beaches and community pool. Come have the vacation of a lifetime!

The Villa is located in the private gated community of February point just 15 minutes from the airport. Refer to their website for more information and a video of the surroundings amenities at your disposal.

Great Exuma is in the southern most chain of the Bahamas and protected from all the commercial industry and cruise ships. Enjoy the many private beaches and natural beauty of the Bahamas. But if activity is what you are looking for then look no further. The Island offers world-class bone fishing, shallow water diving and snorkeling, unchartered waters for Blue water trolling & excellent spearfishing. Lobster season opens August 1st and is a great sport for all ages and skill level.

Wow..what a beautiful place. As the first guest in this brand new villa, I was pleasantly surprised!! Top notch accommodations, with lovely decor. The beds are so comfortable! The floorplan allowed our 3 families to have separate sleeping/bathing areas.
Golfing at Emerald Bay was a highlight.
The reef snorkeling was also unlike any other place.
You can bet that my family will be back soon.
I'm even considering moving my fishing boat down there!

Heaven does exist on earth!!! This place was the most incredibly beautiful place we've ever visited. This was our 2nd visit to this home in Exuma and my family can't wait to go back again. Be sure to check out Chat-N-Chill when you go.

Island magazine voted Great Exuma one of the world's top five islands to inhabit and it exceeded all expectations. The house was amazing and super clean!! Plently of room for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, big kitchen and dinning area and enough living space to lounge after a day on the water. The decks, on each level, overlooking the harbour were breathtaking. The house is conveniently equipped with a washer/dryer, so pack lightly. A private trex deck dock is perfect to spend your vacation on the water and a visit to the Chat & Chill located on it's own island! Boat rental is highly encouraged. Owners provided advice on where to go and what to do, I highly recommend a water tour with Four C's Adventures. This was the perfect vacation and I will be back!!

My stay in November 2012 was great! The vill was as seen in the pictures, great view and protected dock to keep the rental boat overnite. It was warm enough to go diving and looking at the reefs, the water and views all around were out of this world. i would recomend it for people who like to do there own thing, adventure. No car needed can get to everything we wanted to by boat... store shopping sight seeing. Great villa!!

We traveled to Exuma in July 2010 and had an amazing time. This villa is absolutely beautiful- very clean and comfortable, great views and wonderfully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We grilled out most nights and the patio and outside dock area is great. Owners were more than helpful...gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to go. Also arranged for groceries to be delivered on our arrival. We loved it! Very laid back island with lots of friendly taxi drivers and locals!! Great family vacation and everyone who sees our pictures asks about the house where we stayed. It is that beautiful! Thanks for a fun week. My son got engaged here so it will always be remembered as a very special trip :)
