Luxury villa located in February Point Estates. Our villa will allow for 3 couples to have separate and private sleeping/bathing accommodations. On the first floor is living and dining space. A laundry closet houses the washer and dryer. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight with more availability on the deck. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located in the loft. Minn's boat rentals are nearby for your convenience. February Point is a gated community with private beaches and community pool. Come have the vacation of a lifetime!

The Villa is located in the private gated community of February point just 15 minutes from the airport. Enjoy the many private beaches and natural beauty of the Bahamas. But if activity is what you are looking for then look no further. The Island offers world-class bone fishing, shallow water diving and snorkeling, unchartered waters for Blue water trolling & excellent spearfishing. Lobster season opens August 1st and is a great sport for all ages and skill level. 20 minutes away land lovers can enjoy a round of Golf at the Four Seasons or try their luck at the casino.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.
  • A rental deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. The balance due plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Funds may be paid by us check. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 90 days of the arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 90 days of scheduled arrival. However, if cancellation is due to Hurricane we will give full credit toward another date.
  • Weekly reservations are based on 6 nights and 7 days. Discounted monthly pricing is available.

Wow..what a beautiful place. As the first guest in this brand new villa, I was pleasantly surprised!! Top notch accommodations, with lovely decor. The beds are so comfortable! The floorplan allowed our 3 families to have separate sleeping/bathing areas.
Golfing at Emerald Bay was a highlight.
The reef snorkeling was also unlike any other place.
You can bet that my family will be back soon.
I'm even considering moving my fishing boat down there!

I am hesitant to show this review because I don’t want the word to get out! We will be back every year and I want to ensure we can still rent your home. We had a terrific vacation because we had everything we could ask for and more….spectacular views, fabulous digs, convenient boat dock, awesome tennis facility and neighborhood swimming pool. We did lunches at the Chat & Chill with Goombay Smashes and after spending the day boating, snorkeling, beach bathing, and sightseeing, we grilled delicious dinners at home and dined on the balcony overlooking the beautiful aqua water.

The only negative we see is that Delta stopped flying direct from Atlanta!

Thanks for a great time. See you next year!

This was our second visit to February Point and we really enjoyed our stay at this clean, large and comfortable home.

Rented a boat at Minns and spent every day out on the water - Stocking Island hikes, Chat & Chill, St. Francis restaurant and of course the big sand bar.

A beautiful home and a very relaxing vacation.

We'll be back!

A GREAT Family Vacation!

This is a lovely home! Fresh and new, very tastefully furnished, with an excellent floorplan for family living, great balconies – and FANTASTIC views! A very high quality home in a great development. February Point is a first-class community, with very helpful staff. We dined at the new restaurant on the pier, and it was excellent. I highly recommend renting a boat from Minn’s in order to have access to George Town, restaurants, and especially Stocking Island and surrounding areas. Incredible private beaches, terrific waterfront restaurants, and great snorkeling reefs are easily accessible. Charter the Exzooma Parasailing Boat (in the February Point marina) with Capt Ray. He gives a great tour of hidden beaches, amazing dive spots and lots of interesting places – and the Parasailing is fantastic! I have visited many islands in the Bahamas, and this is one where you will want to settle in and stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in July ’08.
