'Your place was beyond our expectations! It truly is a home away from home' We have heard this from those staying in our townhouse over and over again. We add many personal touches that can't be shown in a photograph. This two bedroom, one bath patio home is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We have a backpack for hiking, A ice chest for picnics and bikes for riding around town. The furnishings are unique and inviting, with an artistic touch that is meant only for the southwest. You can lounge and barbecue on the patio, which is very private. The buildings and grounds are immaculate, and the pool and jacuzzi are only steps away from the unit. You can walk to just about any kind of service you may want.....Even the movies. There is a one car garage and a single carport. Included is a parking pass to all of the parks. It is just a couple of miles to Historic Sedona where you can enjoy the Museums, Art Galleries and Pueblo Ruins. Brochure is available on request.

We are located in West Sedona which is about 4 miles from the village of Sedona. We can walk to restaurants, coffee, cinema, galleries, groceries and spa services. We are also only 90 minutes from the Phoenix airport or the Grand Canyon.

Great Rental Property

It was a beautiful condo, the neighborhood was wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything, however the microwave needs to be fixed and it could have used another TV besides the one in the living room. Having said that, it was a great place to stay, I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The weather is cooler than down near Phoenix so pick this city to stay in if you can. Don't hesitate to pick this place for your vacation. There is a trolley system to get around and we took the Broken Arrow Pink Jeep Tour, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All in all, we rate this rental 5 stars.

Great Condo Rental In Sedona

We had an amazing time in Sedona, and this condo was a big reason why. It's big, bright, clean, and fully equipped, with extras you won't find anywhere else. Matt and Arleen have thought of practically everything! If you need it on vacation, you will find it there. It really was like being at a home away from home. We loved that we could walk from the condo to shopping and restaurants - it wasn't necessary to drive everywhere. It was quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood for walking. We'll be back to Sedona, and we'll try to stay here again. Thanks, Matt and Arleen, for a wonderful stay in Sedona!

We enjoyed this condo for our 1st Sedona visit very much!! Great central location, near the market, main road, short drive to "Uptown Sedona" etc. Well appointed kitchen, great bikes to ride, backpacks, cute patio etc. Nicely kept newer condo complex. Short walk to pool/spa. So very quiet!!! All the amenities you need for a nice stay both in the unit, and to take advantage of all Sedona has to offer. We'd definately rent this condo again. Thank you again Arleen and Matt.

Your home in Sedona was just wonderful.We felt right at home and it was more than we expected. We had a great week and hope to return next year.
We may even try one of your other properties once Jack retires in 2008
and time is not an issue.
