You will not find a nicer beachfront condo in the Surfside Beach/Myrtle Beach-area. We are not 'oceanview' or 'second row.' We are right on the Atlantic ocean! Watch the sun rise every morning! Watch dolphins from your deck! Our family's condo is located in the town of Surfside, SC. Surfside is about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach in a beautiful, residential, family friendly area with no high rise hotels! This is a beach and golf lovers dream. Many of our guests golf in the morning then hit the beach in the afternoon. Perfect for family vacations!

Our property has recently undergone an extensive upgrade. You will not find a nicer property in this price range and location. Minutes from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Please contact us for links to video tours of the condo.

This condo is located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Surfside is directly south of Myrtle Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy driving (and some walking) distance.

The area offers over a 100 golf courses and great seafood restaurants. Flea markets, specialty outlets, and shopping malls are only minutes away. Surfside Pier is a 10 minute walk for an early morning breakfast or a lazy lunch.

Beach: This property have been family owned for over 15 years. It has been excellently maintained (with an extensive upgrade in the winter of 2009) and has been our 'getaway' spot for our family to enjoy the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean.

We cater to families and pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service! Please view our 'testimonial' page as well!

Golf: There are literally dozens of premier golf courses within a short driving distance from the condo! Pack your clubs for a morning round of golf, with an afternoon on the beach followed by an 'all you can eat' seafood dinner at one of the many dining spots located minutes away!

Food: Everything from seafood to steak places to Japanese and 'sports bar' cuisine is minutes away. Lots of great food and drink specials at many of the local establishments.

Golf:

There are literally dozens of golf courses located minutes from the condo. Please inquire for a listing of local clubs.

This unit is wonderful,it has a very homey feeling. It is furnished very nice and comfortable.You can go to the beach which is just outside your door or sit at the pool and relax. If you want to explore the area you can go to Broadway at the Beach,shop dine or watch the fireworks. There is something for every age.

Thank you so much for giving my daughter and I the opportunity to rent your condo so that we could enjoy South Carolina and the beaches. We have reminisced many times about our South Carolina trip. It was a great mother/daughter vacation!

The condo had everything we needed. It was so nice to be able to walk out and sit on the beach.

Hopefully I can convince my husband to come down here with me in 2011.

We enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing week at this Surfside Beach condo! The condo was very comfortable for our family and the beach was not too crowded and beautiful, as was the weather. We rarely left the area except to play a quick golf game and venture out for dinner (delicious) nearby.

Truly one of the best summer vacations our family has had! Looking forward to another visit next summer!

What a GREAT condo at Surfside Beach! Very tastefully decorated. Very Clean. Great view of the ocean. Convenient to all Myrtle Beach has to offer, but away from the hussle and bussle so it has the best of Both Worlds.

Adorable Condo on the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this adorable condo! The "extra" touches were nice like the personal phone call from the owner and the fresh flowers.

The service was top notch. Everything (keys, etc.) arrived on time. We also appreciated the information pack that included local places to eat and where to access wi-fi.

We really enjoyed being able to make coffee and relax on the deck.

All in all it was a great week. We hope to do it again!
