The farm house has a kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably. The living room has Franklin stove, library, and seats for 10. Pots and pans, dishes and silverware are supplied, as well as spices and paper products. There is a large front porch overlooking the clear half acre swim pond. The farm is located in a valley between wooded hills. A small stream runs through the farm. The woodlot is 300 acres, hayfields 70 acres, with 120 acres of meadows. The nearest neighbor is half a mile away. The farm is bordered by 2000 acres of NY State land. HughesNet high speed satellite internet service is available
