We both have a great love for Santa Fe so we had to have a second home here to escape the Texas heat. Even when it's hot or cold in Santa Fe, it's moderate. It's a place you'll want to return to often because its small size belies the breadth of art, restaurants, and scenic discoveries that abound, most within a 10 minute drive, others as day trips.
The condo has a perfect location: easy drive to the city and all areas around the city, great parking, they have AC in summer and wonderful views. After a long day shopping, hiking, or walking the plaza, it's nice to drive 2-3 minutes to our home out of the fray.
Views of Santa Fe Mts. and City. Air conditioned in summer. Laundry INSIDE the condo.
Unique shopping areas serve collectors of southwestern decor and jewellry, incl. Native American wares; over 200 art galleries and over 250 excellent restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo. Santa Fe is the second largest art market in the U.S and unique for quality food of all types for this size of city. No traffic problems, a fun walking city, and an easy drive to all attractions, including Bandolier National Monument, in all directions: world class Opera in summer, Lensic Theatre for music and theater year round, micro breweries, jazz and blues.
