Bethany Beach is known as the "Quiet Resort," very wholesome and family friendly. The nearby downtown is beautiful and quaint, with nice bookstores, restaurants, and beautiful boardwalk with a wonderful town square with wholesome entertainment in the evening. At night Sea Colony has a bon fire on the private ocean beach and children can toast marshmallows and make smores while experiencing the breeze off the ocean and sound of surf.

A beautiful national park is to the north and elite Fenwick Island is to the south. Beyond the national park is Dewey Beach/Rehobeth which provides night life that is a little less family oriented, and below the Fenwick Island is Ocean City MD that provides night life for any and every taste.

The property is a free standing, new, 3 story beach house with loads of windows, dramatic ceilings and openness. 1400 square feet of decking wraps around the house on all three stories and is platinum rated. 2 car garage and two car parking immediately in front of garage, plus additional parking on street and next door lot. Shoppes of Sea Colony are only steps away. The ocean can be seen from each story. The house is over 3000 sq ft.

Walk to tennis (indoor and outdoor) basketball (indoor and outdoor), swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), watch the swans in a beautiful nearby pond. Walk to wonderful coffee shops. Walking, jogging and biking paths. Kayak across bay, windsurf, rent a house boat, jet ski, even surf... just a wonderful place to vacation. A great house for family reunions, church retreats and other large groups.

Accommodations were outstanding. Have rented multiple properties from this owner. Stayed with majority of our baseball team, 6 Dads, 6 Sons. Plenty of space. Ping Pong and Video Games to keep kids occupied. Boardwalk very close by. Kitchen and BBQ were fantastic. House was spotless, and very spacious. Nice screened in porch, with wrap around deck. 12 people in house and you hardly new anyone was there, especially with bedrooms on all 3 floors. Plenty of Space!! Would definitely rent again!

This property was amazing: beautifully furnished, great views, lots of room! We--our two sons' families and my wife and I, were most pleased with everything. Clean is not the word; everything was spotless and sheets, towels, etc. provided. Close to beach, tennis courts, fitness center. This is truly a cannot miss rental. The contact person was soooo easy to work with and so friendly, also.

We rented this property to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our two sons and their families.
It was a great place to stay and very close to the beach. We had three families (9 people total) with each one having their own space. Loved that it was three floors so each had privacy when needed. The outside porches were a great place to have a glass of wine and we used the screened in porch every morning to meet for coffee. We had three teenage grandchildren and they had a wonderful time. Enjoyed having the trails to walk and the gym to use. We would most certainly rent again and thanks for the opportunity to enjoy a great week of family vacation. Owner's representative was available to answer all questions and was very helpful.
