This beautiful lodge-like home is a perfect mountain retreat in one of Sun Valley and Ketchum’s most prestigious neighborhoods. This elegant home is just minutes from downtown Ketchum, skiing on Sun Valley's Bald Mountain, the bike path and the Wood River. It is situated on 12 acres of rustic sage and beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by majestic high hills that some might call mountains. This 6000 square foot home has a large circular driveway and porte-co chere. The large gracious, yet comfortable and cozy, living room has it all: an oversized rock fireplace with a mounted buffalo head, baby grand piano, full size pool table, game table, enclosed large screen TV, dining table for 12, bronze statues, custom furniture, high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors leading out to an expansive patio and lush yard. Thers are 6 bedrooms all with private bath, childrens play room with ping pong table, recumbant exercise bike and a large fully equipped office.

Our comfortably sophisticated lodge-like home is a perfect place to unwind in the beautiful mountains of Sun Valley. The home is a ten minute drive or 25 minute bike ride on the bike path to Ketchum where one will find shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes and various cultural activities (From Willie Nelson to the Dalai Lama!). For those who like the great outdoors there is plenty of it here! Hiking and mountain biking galore, world class golfing, tennis, horseback riding, bike/roller blade trails, paragliding, fly fishing and white water rafting is a day trip away. Or just relax in our oversized living room: shoot some pool, play at the game table, do puzzles, play ping-pong or curl up with a book. Our large outside patio is great for barbequing and the hot tub is always a nice way to relax.
