Condo next to the famous Westin Diplomat Hotel. Extra parking in front of Building if you have 2 cars, also valet parking if chosen. Incredible restaurants within walking distance. Attractions are just minutes away - they include the Gulfstream Park, with its new state of the art race track facilities, the well known Hard Rock Casino, should you like gambling. If you like to shop, there is the Aventura mall just a few minutes south of the unit. Antique shopping is also available in Dania a few miles north of unit.

Gambling Casino+: There is the Hard Rock Cafe and also there is gambling at state of the art race track Gulfstream Park

Beach: Beautiful beach views from the balcony, gorgeous beach and pool at the building, walking distance to Hollywood Beach and of course Fort Lauderdale beach just a few miles by car.
