A double wide door is on the front side. A single car garage door is on the back side. There is a concrete pad located behind the garage. You can park you boat or waverunners on the concrete pad in the fenced back yard. The garage is currently set up as a Private Game Room with a Regulation Size Pool Table & Air Hockey Table!
There is a public beach access located just a short distance away. The beach features crystal white sand! Very nice!
