Our cottage duplex is nestled in the dunes of the Cape's beautiful Mayflower and Bayview Beaches in historic Dennis. From the sleeping loft, open the bedside window and enjoy the ocean views and sounds. A first floor bedroom sleeps up to four, and a sleeper couch with ocean breezes can accommodate two more. To make your family's stay more pleasurable and convenient, we've updated the decor, and added a private outdoor shower. The open kitchen and dining room offer a full range of entertainment options. A gas grill and picnic table on the front deck lead through the dunes to the gorgeous powder sand beach. My family and I are thrilled with our new Cape rental - we hope that you'll enjoy its beauty this summer as well!

Cottage is situated on beautiful Mayflower Beach and boasts your immediate access to a private village-resident/renter only portion of the beach. The cottage is surrounded by natural dunes, which provide a natural sandbox. From the beach you enjoy sweeping views of the crystaline Bay-side ocean. Dennis village itself is a short walk or bike ride away and features the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cinema, beautiful traditional arts and crafts stores as well as both casual and fine dining. A full playground (where my daughter loves to play!) is just up the road. Cruise along historic 6A for a flavor of the old Cape, with cranberry bogs, gorgeous marshes, and historic homes and museums. Dennis Village sits at the halfway point of all Cape attractions - drive to Provincetown for the day, to the National Seashore, or take in one of several Cape League baseball games. Or, head west and enjoy Sandwich's historic museums, the glass blowing factory, and ice cream shops galore!

This cottage is super cute - my kids loved being so close to the beach & being able to just walk out and see the sunset, or the stars at night made staying there totally worth it.

The place is small but tidy. The place does need some work on window screens but we weren't inside much. The owners were very nice about supplying us with a brand new Weber Grill when the previous tenants said the old one wasn't working and it was set up in about 2 hours upon our arrival. We really enjoyed the beach and sunsets. The Chapin Restaurant was wonderful. Terrific food, moderate price and friendly service.
