Enjoy this spacious and very clean, 2100-square-foot home on Palmer Lake. Palmer Lake is a 444-acre, all-sport, family-oriented lake. There is 100 feet of sandy-bottom lake frontage and a large side yard for many activities. A private dock is conveniently located on the property for fishing or docking your boat. The lake is great for boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, ice fishing, and much more. Rent a 25’ pontoon boat for an additional charge. The home is great for a couple looking to escape the city or for families looking to reunite. It has two sitting areas overlooking the lake, one for family gatherings and one for privacy. A game room is great for the kids. Five private bedrooms sleep 14 people comfortably. The large kitchen and eating area overlook the lake and open out to a lakefront sitting area!

Don't let the pictures decieve you this house is very well layed out with plenty of space. We had 5 famalies and had plenty of room to not be on top of one another. The fishing off the dock was great, and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. The home was close enough to make a day trip to Shipshewanna and Binder Park Zoo, so the kids were never bored.
The neighbors on both sides of the house were great! We've never rented in a more hospitable place.
