Enjoy “The Present”, a beautiful, tastefully furnished home just minutes from Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. This home boasts an idyllic country setting with wonderful views, large rooms, and cozy charm throughout. The house has been completely remodeled. It is located on a 3.75 acre lot with a great deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one with a twin bed, the other with a pull-out couch. Also on that level, there is a full kitchen, dining room with wood burning stove, large family room, and full bath. Lastly there is a wrap-around porch, where our guests can drink in awesome views from the hot tub. On the second level there two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, the other with a queen size bed and a twin bed. There is also a full bath on the second level.

Ellicottville is nestled in The Enchanted Mountains of Western New York. The quaint village is full of lovely shops and specialty stores, as well as lively pubs and excellent dining establishments. The village plays host to several festivals and special events weekends throughout the year. Holiday Valley, one of the premier Ski slopes in the Northeast, lies on the edge of the village. Other outdoor activities include cross country skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, antiquing and fishing. Allegany State park is located 13 miles to the south. The Village of Salamanca is nearby and is home to a Seneca Nation Casino.

The house was great. Very spacious great for a reunion of any kind. The house was spotless when we arrived and well kept in every way. We would definately stay there again. The house was very seclusive great for a retreat but yet close to town only a few minutes from downtown. We would like to thank Memorable Getaways for allowing us to use their property and would definately recommend staying there. The hot tub was perfect.

Great accomodation for our annual trip to a Buffalo Bills football game.Arrive Friday and leave Sunday, we enjoyed`the barbeque, hot tub and quiet scenic venue.Perfect to relax and very cost efficient for our group of six.Recommend for all those seeking a nice peaceful,quality get away

great skiing

We had a great stay this winter. The house was very spacious and could easily accommodate our large group. We were very close to the tubing hills and a short drive to town and the ski hills. We look forward to returning next winter.
