Beautiful Historic Brooklyn Brownstone neighborhood

We spent a week in this flat with our three children; it was as announced, clean, quiet, 5 minutes walk to the subway which was very convenient to go to Manhattan. The flat is situated on the ground floor with a nice garden where you can eat, with a big bbq.
There are many shops and a supermarket nearby.
M Gasowski is very welcoming and helpful.
We had a very pleasant stay and hope to come back!! we recommend this place to families who want to visit New York;

I planned to propose to my girlfriend, now fiancé ;), during this trip to NYC. It took me 18 long months of meticulous planning to make sure everything went perfectly but there was no way I could have planned for this... The instant we arrived I knew we had found a great place to stay. We both wanted the native New Yorker feel but not the overwhelming tourist experience we were accustom to getting each time we visited and rented in Manhattan. David & Jacqui's beautiful Brownstone really made us feel at HOME. They were both very friendly and extremely helpful. The subway is a short walk away from the Brownstone, 10-15 minute ride to Times Square. With a large selection of eateries a few steps away and countless restaurants that deliver you could easily spend your days and nights at the property without stepping outside. Don't forget to ask David & Jacqui about the business that delivers wine! ;)

I personally would like to thank you both for your help in making the proposal go smoothly. When I told Monica that both of you were in on the surprise as well she was blown away. And thanks for giving us our 1st gift! We'll be back soon and maybe next trip we'll have Junior!

I have been trying to submit this review, challenges (with HOME AWAY site) to express what a wonderful wonderful
stay we had. My husband and I enjoyed the reviews, and after speaking with the
owners were sure we had selected the right place. The moment we arrived we
KNEW we had made the correct selection.
For a brief moment we sat in another one of their listings, and let me tell you the
parlour level is wonderful also. But down to our garden level. Wow...everything
you could think you might need is provided and then some. The restoration of this
wonderful home has occured with the highest quality of materials.
Immediately we felt like family. David and Jacqui make the accommodation portion of your New York the experience fantastic. We were able to welcome our family over for a wonderful evening of grilling in the garden.
If you find youself Away from Home, you owe it to yourself to be at HOME with
Jacqui and David.
This is a return trip ABSOLUTELY. Thank you for a Great HOME AWAY.
