Rear deck and yard with gas grille. All appliances- Washer/Dryer/Dish Washer/Full Kitchen. Cable TV included! Fully furnished, including utensils, cookware and lobster pot. Ten minute walk to Scarborough Beach or three minute drive, easy access to all Block Island Ferry location,20 minutes from Newport.

Great Clean and Well Kept Family Home

I am going on my 3rd year in renting this home .. I have been
renting in Scarborough Beach for 10 years and I will keep on going back to this house. The owner is very good to work with and is very responsive on questions and requests.

It is very clean and well kept home with hardwood floors and central air. The backyard Patio Deck is perfect for early morning breakfasts and evening dinners. The home has a nice garage to hold your beach gear with a 10 minute walk to the beach. The community park with Basketball, Tennis, and Swing Sets is a 5 minute walk away.

It is a perfect home to spend a vacation with your friends and family.
