Spacious West facing accommodation on three levels including 3 balconies. Swimming pool 8 metres x 4 metres shared with lower apartment. Sandy beach 400 metres, easy sea access from stone steps 150 metres, bars and swimming pools 200 metres. Shops, restaurants and bars 50 metres.

Lower apartment. Swimming pool shared with Upper Apartment One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one small twin bedroom. Lounge/dining room with bed settee, TV and DVD player, table and chairs etc. Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron etc. Bathroom with shower over bath. Toilet. Shower room with new shower, hand basin and toilet. West facing sun deck at front with garden table & chairs. Shared ground floor utility room with washing machine.

Location: Minorca (Menorca) < Spain

Nearest Airport: Mahon at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Ciutadella at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Metres
Car: not necessary
The chalet is situated in the front line, overlooking rocks and the sea, a 10 minute walk to the beach. Cala Blanca is a small resort consisting mainly of assorted villas & chalets, and a sandy beach with pine trees, sunbeds & parasols. There are numerous restaurants and bars, several overlooking the beach and others within 50 metres of the chalet. We have a 8mt x 4mt swimming pool for shared use of the 2 apartments. There is also a free swimming pool 150 metres away and another (also free) next to the beach . Cala Blanca has a reasonable range of local shops, including supermarkets and gift shops. It is close to the Cathedral town of Ciutadella. Walk to the Cala Blanca beach or bus, drive or sail to a selection of the numerous other Menorcan beaches. Bus connections to Ciutadella and Cala'n Bosch. A visit to Ciutadella is a must for it's charm, markets, shops, bars, restaurants, museums and harbour.

attractions "Binigaus Beach"
The restaurants nearby were generally good but "Jenny's" was the best in our view. The bar "Nautilus" was also very good for Pizza and wine.
Regrets, I should have taken a light fishing rod
