Casa Velero ..2nd story, 1400 sq. ft., two bedroom, two bath condominium (no elevators and lots of privacy) built in 2002. Our home is very spacious, comfortable and on the Gulf Side. The walkway pictured is just outside from the condo, and a few steps to the pictured beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful, as the pictures show. Very Private (no public access), and the sand is so white and it's very wide. 2 wooden lounge chairs have been added with umbrella on the beach...Only monthly rentals permitted. Annual rentals will be considered.

    Cancellation 30 days prior loss of deposit. Deposit is refundable one week from departure in the event everything is in good condition and left clean.
    Maid service is optional and at the renters expense. Cleaning services will be recommended and referenced.

Plenty of beach chairs and 2 sun protective top of the line umbrellas. Front porch has La Fumas for comfort & table and chairs to dine outside. Plenty of books and CD's to add to your comfort. Always something to do and see...: The view from the front porch is of the intercoastal where dolphins, and boats sail by, great fishing , and there is always something to see. From the intercostal you see the beautiful sunrise. On the beachside glorious sunsets, jogging, walking, and swimming. You get the best of both worlds. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, drug stores, coffee shops and gift shops. There are 2 Cable TV's, living room and bedroom. Two wooden lounge chairs with cushions are on the beach.

For your spiritual side: There is a wonderful Bible Teaching Church minutes away that always has activities like bible study, plays, connection groups etc. Wonderful children activities and a free dinner every Wednesday night.

Golf: There are golf courses only minutes away . We have 2 sets of clubs available, one mens set and one ladies set. There are numbers & information on the different courses posted on the refrigerator. Greens fees and directions and tee time numbers. There are course for walking.

Other Activities: bird watching, jogging, great restaurants nearby, always a festival or fair going on, museum, a great shopping. Great Spa nearby and parks for kids.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The place is great and convientent to lots of places. Its clean and spacous.Well stocked with everything. The veiw from the porch is great, boats and dolphins. We went on the dolphin racer boat, great!! Ate at J.D. restruante,walking distance, very good, nice people. Didn't want to leave. Going back!! Owner is very nice and helpful.
