A BEAUTIFUL NEW UNIT IN SARASOTA FLORIDA FACING THE POOL

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months. Upon arrival we found condo very clean and was exactly as pictured. The grounds are superbly maintained. The location is absolutely excellent, accessible to restaurants, shopping, downtown Sarasota with excellent sites and beaches. Could not have been more satisfied. Owner even purchased large flat screen TV as we told him we would probably be using a lot while my husband underwent radiation treatments. Owner was especially nice to work with. Our favorite restaurant was the Columbia at St. Armands circle.

Pictures don't do the condo justice. Our children loved the beautiful pool and there were never more than 6 or 8 people using it. The condo is really nice with everything you need. Very clean, well maintained condo, everything was as advertised. The owner even put in a new 42 inch flat-screen tv and dvd player one day while we were gone to Lido Beach. Wireless internet, cable tv worked flawlessly even after tropical storm Debbie showed up. We stayed well informed with the most up to date information via the web and weather channel. Lakewood Ranch is a great area to stay in. Very secure facility. We had great food to eat all week and never had to drive more than a couple of miles. Leroy Selmon's, Bonefish Grill, Lucky Pelican, Pinchers, Sweet Tomatoes just to name a few. The beaches around Sarasota are the best. We saw dolphins up close while swimming at Lido Beach only 15 minutes away. Mayaka River State Park is a great place to view huge alligators from a bridge overlooking the Mayaka River. The suspension bridge in the tree tops is great for creating memories for children of all ages.I'll be telling all my friends and family about this Florida vacation. Nothing bad to say about this 7 day venture.

This is a fabuous condo furnished with a tropical Hemingway flair. The attention to detail makes you feel at home. The lanai looks onto a beautiful pool area surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation. The club house on the other side of the pool area has a very well equiped gym to work off the the meals from the many restaurants in the area. A wide variety of stores are close by with the fabuolous Main Street at Lakewood Ranch containing many restaurants, clothing shops, specialty shops and a theater. Being situated near the 75 is excellent for getting to gulf side beaches, outlet malls and fabuous St. Armands Circle.

The condo owner is very thoughtful and flexible. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and memorable. When we arrived all we wanted to do was go out by the pool but realized we did not bring any beachtowels. As we opened the closet to put away our clothes, there on the shelf was a stack of beachtowels.
