PLAZA TERRACE STAY is a one bedroom/one bath apartment on the second story of the handsome craftsman-inspired Stillman Building located mere steps away from Arcata's Plaza Square, which is the heart of our arty, progressive, university town. It features many thoughtful amenities such as a private rooftop deck with patio set and fountain, fireplace, wireless internet, sumptuous linens, cable TV, laundry center, and more. The kitchen, dining, and living area are open floor plan with a glass door opening on to the rooftop terrace . The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, numerous windows, large closet, and bath ensuite. The interior features modern design, and minimal color and emphasis on nature inspired neutrals creates a sense of calm and serenity. Nearby are eateries, boutiques, galleries, nightlife venues and the Northcoast Coop Market.

    Nightly Rate: 1-3 Nights/$165.00 4-6 Nights/150.00 7+ Nights/$135.00

    Additional Person Use of Futon: $10.00 per person per night.

    Pet Fee: $25.00 per night up to a total of $125.00 to cover additional housekeeping required when pets stay.

    Deposit: $200.00 deposit on Visa or MasterCard or by check for stays of 2 weeks or longer and for any reservation booked for parents with small children. This is fully refundable within 14 days after check out if accommodation is left in good condition.
