Located in central London (Zone 1), this is a designer and stunning one bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests in a beautiful Victorian building immersed in spacious communal gardens, right in the heart of Kensington with numerous shops and restaurants around, the local neighbourhood is safe.
The flat is on the lower ground floor of a period building and has been finished to high specification and high modern standards. It is bright with large windows and high ceilings, wooden floors throughout and very spacious. It has a well-integrated kitchen with clean worktops and full range of state-of-the-art appliances. The flat provides excellent entertainment space in the living room to the front.
The master bedroom facing the back has a UK King Size bed with a modern bathroom (separate bath tub and shower). There is lots of storage throughout the flat, and the flat has everything that a modern home would have including oven, hob, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, etc. Kitchen essentials are in the apartment such as cooking pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, kettle, toaster, etc. Bedding and towels are being provided.
Space is perfect for up to 4 guests (1 full size bed + 1 sofa convertible bed). Fresh towels, linens and beddings, toilet paper (first roll) and some toiletries are provided.
