This is the Newest and Largest rental home right on Terry Peak's Stewart Slope. It's location, at 7000 ft elevation is the highest home in the state! The home has upscale decor and is laid out beautifully for large groups. Enjoy the 30ft rock fireplace in the winter, the large decks in the summer, and the outdoor hot tub year-round. The garage has many windows and can be heated or cooled to accommodate gatherings, meetings, meals. Tables and chairs are provided. The home has wi-fi throughout. It is perfect for large groups, business or religious retreats, reunions, wedding parties, and family and friend gatherings. It's convenient location can't be beat with the ski-in, ski-out lot. Nearby Year-round activities abound from skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, biking, sightseeing, Deadwood gaming, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling to name a few.

Or hop on the Mickelson trail just a few minutes from our home for paved trails. For more adventure, you can 4-wheel or snowmobile from our private entrance to many trails. The area has many opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, antiquing, state parks, water parks and sight-seeing.

We were a group of motorcycle enthusiasts in for Sturgis this year and we all loved the house. Location was close enough to the action that it was a short drive to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away that it wasn't in the middle of all the craziness of bike week. Beautiful decor and wonderful view, and the 5 private baths are a big plus for a large group. Only drawback for us was the new gravel that had just been put on the bottom of the driveway, but overall a fantastic place. Could use some more comfy pillows, though, everyone was looking for different pillows fro their beds.
