I pride myself in having a clean villa. If you are looking for very clean accommodations, then you have just found the Perfect villa to rent at Hilton Head! I will help you plan the beach vacation of your dreams, starting with your first question...'Where should I stay'???? In addition to the 37' LCD HDTV in the living area, I also have brand new 20' LCD HDTV's mounted in both of the bedrooms. Our villa was completely renovated in January 2008!! You will enjoy a new kitchen, 2 new baths, all new flooring and new furniture, 6 panel doors, fresh paint throughout the villa and all new mattresses. We tried to think of every detail to make your vacation truly enjoyable! This first floor, two bedroom, two full bathroom villa is a short 300 yard walk (3 minutes or so) to the pristine Folly Field Beach on Hilton Head Island. There is a sidewalk leading to the beach, which features public restrooms and public metered parking.

  • * We also own 2 third floor villas that were also renovated in early 2008. If you would rather be on the top floor on the condo, please let me know and I can check the availability on the units for you. I give discounts for the 3rd floor villa b/c there are not any elevators (summer only).

    The third floor villas also have a new kitchen, baths, flooring bedding, mattresses and is freshly painted. There is also wireless Internet in these villas as well - just bring your laptop!

    My availability calendar does reflect all 3 villas. If a week is booked, it means that all villas are occupied. If the week(s) that you are looking at are open, please email or call me and I will let you know which villa is currently available.

Further details for this vacation villa rental in Folly Field, South Carolina

The kitchen is fully equipped and has been completely renovated. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the cozy covered, private balcony. We also have a box of little extras in the unit that includes beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We will also entertain long term rentals. Half of the balance for weekly rentals is due upon booking, the other half is due thirty days prior to your arrival. I will mail you out a confirmation letter which confirms all rental information. Fiddler's Cove does not permit pets. Check out the comments from my past guests and rent from me with confidence.

I also have a beach buggy in the villa for your use during your stay in the villa.

For guests who have small children, I have a pack-n-play (just bring your sheets) and a booster chair right in 2 of my villas (17D and 2L) for your personal use. There is no need to travel with those bulky items!

Third year renting from Lynn & Mark once again, we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head Lynn & Mark's condo was decorated very nicely ) We had stayed in their 3rd floor condo too and it is very nice. ) and we love going to the pools and hot tub at Fiddler's Cove. Lynn & Mark are very professio al in how they rent their condo and we appreciate their attention to all of the little details. We will return next year.

This was our first time to travel and stay somewhere other than a hotel, but with our growing family it was necessary. Everything regarding the condo was almost perfect. Everything was as described and was clean and very nice. Lynn made the process extremely easy and was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend renting this property. There were a couple of things (grumpy security guard when we checked in) that couldn't be helped, but the condo itself was great. The beach was a short walk and the pools were great. Overall, I would do it again!

Would really like to keep 17D a secret! Lynn makes the rental process so pleasant and your expectations will be met and some. Of course I am planning to return to this lovely unit. And for a tennis lover, it can't be beat. Courts always available and without a charge beyond one hour like some resorts on HH.

We stayed in the villa for a long weekend and had a great time! It was a short walk to the beach which was nice for those morning walks. Very confortable and clean.
