Professionally decorated, two-bedroom, luxurious condominium (two king-size beds, one queen-size sleeper sofa) located on the 13th floor of Tower IV at Portofino Resort and Spa on Pensacola Beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator with custom cabinet panels, convection oven, ceramic cook top, microwave, and dishwasher. Nine-foot ceilings throughout. Features designer window treatments and accessories. Living area features ceiling-to-floor and wall-to-wall tinted glass windows and doors that open onto a spacious, 28-foot balcony with table and chairs and chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Dining room has table (seats six), buffet, and three bar stools. Living room has queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner, and two wicker club chairs with ottoman. Large, imported armoire holds 32-inch TV with DVD and Sony stereo, CD, and tape player.

The description you gave about your condo does not do it justice. The decor is beautiful and I really like the way you added the family pictures to really give it a homey feel. The is view is simple gorgeous!

This is a fabulous home...great views, very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and also quiet and private. We will contact the Weirs' again when we return to Pensacola.
