This wonderful townhome is located in the serene and quiet complex of Tennismaster. The garden entry leads to a nice setup for this property. The living room and dining area lead to a nice shaded patio with small lagoon view. The kitchen has a breakfast room off it, which leads to another small patio with grill. Also on the first floor is the master suite with sunken tub. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms each with own private bath. Within 10 minutes to the beach, a community pool and right next door to the famed Van Der Meer Tennis Club, this property is a can t miss. Come see what Tennismaster has to offer. Short walk to beach with Free Tennis and on-site pool! Pet friendly (dogs only) with $150 non-refundable pet fee. Wireless high speed Internet access.
