Location, Location, Location!!! You can't find a better location than Duval St. One of only three unique units. This Condo is above and behind Antonia's Restaurant (best Italian food in Key West!). The Condo is walking distance to Ft. Zachary Taylor (the nicest beach in Key West), Margaritaville, Green Parrot, Bourbon St, and tons of other great places to dine, shop and explore. Walking distance to Atlantic ocean (sunrise) and Gulf Waters (sunset). Built in 2002, this condo has cathedral ceilings in the living room, fully appointed kitchen, central A/C, washer and dryer, balcony, and Queen beds in both bedrooms. The bedrooms have closets, bedside tables, swing-arm bedside lamps, celling fans, luxurious 500 thread count linens, and light blocking blinds for a cozy nights sleep. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-out to the balcony. This condo also comes with one parking space (hard to find in Old Town Key West).

If your coming to Key West location is key!! This condo is so quiet and private it's hard to believe your on Duval St. Although this condo comes with a parking space you won't need a car. We have been able to keep our prices low by managing this property ourselves. Don't be fooled by the great rates, this condo is an exceptional value and lovingly cared for. You'll have the perfect carefree vacation if you choose our home.

great place to stay

It was a very clean place with a great location and had everything you could want. we walked to the beach and to mallory square for the sunsets,beautiful of course. I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to be staying in key west. The owners of STATELY WAYNE MANOR(lol) meet every request that we had.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Truly a home away from home

My daughter just came back from spending a week at this condo. It was wonderful. The condo is centrally located to everything. Just walk out the door and you are blocks if not mere doors away from the fun. All kinds of wonderful restaurants nearby. A short walk down to Mallory Square, Hog Creek, Margaritaville, Sloppy Joe's, you name it. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures, very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. We hated to leave. We're already planning our next trip to Key West and will definitely want to stay here again.

Lovely comfortable condo in central location

Tina and Wayne have created a beautiful vacation condo right on Duval St. The beds were so comfortable and the linens top notch--you don't find that in many rentals.The furniture was also in great shape too. It was also stocked with everything we needed--hair dryer, extra towels, kitchenware, tea, even umbrellas! We ate breakfasts in the condo (Fausto's grocery store about 3 blocks away) and relaxed on the sofa at night. You can walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. We rented bikes and biked to Mallory Square and all the lovely beaches on the Atlantic side.
Just be aware that this condo is in a busy location, so you will hear people, landscapers, scooters, roosters crowing in the wee hours if you're a light sleeper.

Great Stay | Great Location

While we were dealing with contingencies due to Hurricane Irene, Tina (owner) was very responsive and cooperative in helping us if we need to change plans. Turns out that Irene did not impact our travel plans and we went as originally planned. The condo was as advertised (but there is a larger couch in the living room now compared to the pictures, which is nice). The location is perfect walking distance to anywhere and anytime that we wanted to go to a pool, we just visited Dante's. Overall, this was great and will be where we stay next time we head time. Thanks.

Great Location, will definitely return!

The condo provided the perfect place to experience Key West! Plenty of room for 2 couples, gated parking a plus too (very hard to find on Key West). Very clean and pretty well maintained, we will definitely return on our next visit.

Owners were very friendly and also live on Key West which is nice in case something went wrong (which it didn't).

We did a lobster dive charter with Capt. Jeff Sommerfeldt which was fantastic, will definitely book with him again. Also, rented scooters and cruised Key West which was a lot of fun too. Have to hit up B.O.'s for a grouper sandwich and conch fritters, best in Key West!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
