This fantastic property is the perfect location for your next vacation, summer winter spring or fall. It is on the shuttle, on the 3rd hole of a Jack Nicklaus golf course, and only 3 miles to the heart of Breckenridge. With views of the Ten Mile Range in front, and a hot tub in back, this house has everything and more. The first floor offers a stunning living room with rock fireplace and gorgeous leather seating. The formal dining has seating for 8 while the breakfast area offers seating for an additional 4; combined with the seating at the bar for 4, there is room to accommodate 16 for a sit-down meal. Off the breakfast room is a sitting room offering privacy doors and a queen sleeper sofa. Also on this level is the main master suite with a king bed, fireplace, and a twin sized chaise lounge; a large master bath with jacuzzi tub and dual sinks is just off the master bedroom.

Downstairs is where the fun begins. The game room offers a pool table, wet bar, big screen TV, fireplace, and a modular sofa that makes into a full bed when put together. There are also 3 bedrooms on this level, the first two offer king beds and private bathrooms and the third has it's own bathroom and a bunk bed featuring a twin on top, queen on bottom and queen trundle underneath. Through a 'secret passage' is the theatre room, offering two rows of theatre style seating, a big screen TV on a platform, and a queen aerobed. The upper level features a great room for the kids, with 2 twin beds, a TV and GameCube, and several different kids games, this is the perfect little play house! With all of these amenities, plus the fantastic location, this house is sure to be a family favorite!

The only Jack Nicklaus Municiipal Golf Course Anywhere!

Ski: 1/2 Block From Free Shuttle to slopes and downtown.

Absolutely everything you need in this amazing home that is so peaceful and relaxing. You never even need to leave the house. Tons of room for everyone to enjoy the ammenities of this gorgeous house in a fabulous location. I cant say enough great things about this property. We have come to stay several times and its always absolutely perfect for the four of us or for 12 of us. Couldnt ask for more!
