We arrived (wife, son and myself) at the condo on Saturday, March 23th for a five night stay. Our initial impression of the property was somewhat disappointing. Our biggest concerns were the following: 1) limited and worn towels (we later discovered a dryer full of wet towels went we went to do a load of wash), 2) worn bedding, 3) dishes in the cabinets that were not thoroughly cleaned, 4) a lock on one of the sliding glass doors that did not work, 5) plumbing that did not allow for the disposal of used toilet paper.
The outdoor facilities were nice in that the property had two well maintained pools and a relaxing beach area.
After consideration we decided to check out of the property after only staying for one night.

We are very proud of our home and the feed back we have received from our other guests and do our best to help provide a great vacation experience. We are very proud of our staff, Karla our house keeper, Miguel our Manager and the professional and friendly manor in which they conduct themselves. We are blessed to have them. The rest of our reviews say it all and we appreciate all of the kind words and recognition of our hard work. There is always room for improvement and we will continue to strive to help provide a positive experience for all of our guests.
To address your specific comments: There is an entire closet full of clean, fresh, relatively new linens and towels. We have enough for 8 guests at a time for 2 or 3 cycles. Yes there were damp towels in the dryer that needed a few more minutes to dry. There are six very large stack back glass doors on the patio and the one in the corner behind the television cabinet is permanently locked not broken. It is the door the others stack back to and when they are all open the inside becomes part of the outside. I have never been in another room with more exiting door options. To clarify, used toilet paper can go in the toilet. Paper towels, baby wipes and excessive amounts of toilet paper can not. We are very happy with the cleanliness of our condo thanks to the hard work of Karla and Miguel.
I sit on the veranda and look around and feel extremely lucky to own our little piece of paradise and Laurie and I have enjoyed sharing the experience with other people. We have met some wonderful people renting the condo in the past few years and have had fun sharing photos, stories and memories. We will continue to have great times in Cozumel at our Casa de Cielo and look forward to sharing our vacation home and the new friendships yet to happen.
