Our extended family (four adults, two small kids) had lots of room in this beautifully appointed home in late Feb/early March. It is a really large modern new house - lots of space, and screened porches. We found the beach access easy (short stroll up the driveway to a deserted, beautiful stretch of beach), the pool fantastic (heated, and great for the kids), and the dock great for fishing and boat access. The canoeing is easy from the dock. We did not have a problem with any bugs (the time of year, I guess), and the sunshine was perfect. The beds are really comfortable, property totally clean and neat, and the house was ready for us when we arrived, totally hassle-free. The kitchen and outside Weber grill worked well - we ate at the house mostly due to the young kids. The Mad Hatter (at Blind Pass - 500 yards away) is a very nice restaurant for adults.
