Featured on the Siesta Key Chamber website, Siesta Beach is renowned for it’s gorgeous, crystal-white sand. The sand is 99% pure quarts, soft and cool on the feet. Among the many awards it has earned are: “the whitest and finest sand in the world” (Great International Beach Challenge, 1987) and “The Best Sand Beach in American” (The Travel Channel, 2004).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
IS THE CONDO LOCATED ON THE BEACH? No. This unit is located across the street from the beach only 600 yards to the sand. However, the CONDO DOES HAVE WATER VIEW ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAYS.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE? No. A 12% Florida State Lodging Tax will be added to the rental rate.
IS THERE A DAILY RENTAL RATE? You can check in or out any day of the week but the minimum rental period is one week.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES? No. Cleaning fees are paid by condo owner.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT? Yes. $300 deposit is required at time of booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION? If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date you are entitled to a full refund including the $300 deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days and we are able to find another renter, you will a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days and we are UNABLE to find another renter, you will not receive a refund.
HOW FAR IS IT TO SIESTA KEY'S VILLAGE? Approximately 1 mile.
