This house is large, about 3200 sq.ft. and European style on McKinney Creek. It offers a game room, a wood-burning stove (wood included), three TVs, two VCRs, one DVD player, two decks, and one stone deck. Two-car garage. Home renovation to be completed by April 2007. Will include new kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, carpet and paint. Chambers Landing is one mile from door; Meeks Bay is close and hikes are there! Lake Tahoe desolation trail for ATVs, dirt biking, and mountain bikes is one block away. This home is two miles from Homewood ski area which offers free skiing to children 10 and under along with reasonable adult rates. Twenty minutes away to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. There is fun and recreation in all directions, and peace and quiet in the house... Enjoy!
