Very Disappointed

Ok, first let me provide some context: We take many family trips per year and we usually stay/rent from home away or cyber rentals or vrbo, so we are experienced at renting from others.
This trip was a family of 2 adults + a 4yr old and a 2 yr old.
Now to the review- first the positive - actually the only positive: it's in a great location - close to all touristy attractions. You can walk to the mariner's game, pike's, or monorail to space needle.
Now the items we were were very disappointed and clearly did not meet expectations.
1) No dresser to put our clothes in. Nothing. Nowhere in the unit. Our clothes stayed in our luggage the entire stay
2) No book with information to help guests found anywhere in the unit. No tips, No help, nothing. You are there to figure it out - and trust me the unit is in a massive apartment complex it would be great to know the shortest path to the pool, a shortcut to first street, the closest grocery store, favorite local restaurants, etc. It took us 4 days to find out there was a DVD on the side of the TV that's was built in. Again, easily solved thru communication or a "Book of tips".
3) Day 1 we called to say the TV was not working. Called to get help but contact # didn't have a solution for us althouth they did try. We learned that if TV is on for several hours it just turns off by itselt, then you have to unplug everything to get it to work and turn back on. No call back to see if problem was fixed.
4) Advertised as a luxury rental but you feel like a road motel - for example, paper signs taped all over the unit with warning to not do something. Second example, there were spots on carpet and it looked dirty. Third example, Towels were in the dryer when we arrived. I assume the towels were from prior guests.
5) Wireless not working. Called for help they didn't know the password to connect. No follow up by owners to see if issue was corrected. One night i was able to steal a signal from someone else in the complex to log in for an important work meeting back at home. I was also able to log on and find valuable information about the aparment complex like closest route to pool and how northeast wing connects to northwest wing, but north doesn't connect to south, etc. very important information that th ecustomer had to do their own investigative work to get comfortable. Not easy for a family.
