This is a new condo complete with all amenities. There are 4 bedrooms & each bedroom has its own bathroom & TV Cable+HBO. If you feel like cooking, you can enjoy the new granite kitchen. There is also a sofa that becomes a queen-sized bed. You must see it to appreciate its custom decorated beauty. All for your enjoyment! The rates are very comparable.
No Smoking & pets are allowed. Must be 25, family or married couple to rent. Payment made via major credit cards.
$350 Deposit is required to reserve the condo, $95 one-time cleaning fee, and 10.65% Sale Tax.
