Location: Enjoy this rustic lake condo on Lake Sidney Lanier abound with activities. Boating, para sailing, jet skis and much more. Lake Lanier Islands, a local water park and theme park is nearby. Helen, Hiawassee, Ellijay, Dahlonega and all of the north Georgia mountains are a short drive away. The fabulous Mall of Georgia is only 20 minutes away and the cities of Gainesville and Cumming offer plenty of night life, entertainment and fine dining. This lovely condo is only an hour and a half from Atlanta Jackson-Hartsfield airport and one hour north of Atlanta.

A friend and I rented this Condo with nothing more than pictures from the internet. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found it to be a home away from home. We felt like we were nestled in the tree tops because the large picture windows in the living room looked out into the trees. We found the condo to be very clean and the description very accurate. Linda was very easy to work with - in fact we never met but feel like we have known her for a long time. The beds were comfortable and the double bathroom was wonderful. The only downside we could think of was lugging the luggage up stairs. Otherwise it was a great place. I don't know if I will ever have the opportunity to return to Georgia but I would highly recommend staying at this Condo to anyone that is going to be in the area.

Cozy Condo on the Lake

I really enjoyed my girls weekend on the lake. Although I was expecting a sunny lake experience, it turned out to be a rainy cold weekend in March. So it became a cozy cabin on the lake! We stayed indoors, kept a beautiful fire going, watched movies and cooked wonderful meals! Everything we needed was right there. Thoughful hosts and previous guests left behind anything you could think of to make the kitchen complete. I did get to spend some alone time in the early AM out on the wonderful porch watching all the beautiful birds and listening to "quiet". What a great place to get away from it all!!

Lake Lanier Fun

Two teachers traveling through GA had the greatest time at Lake Lanier. The owner provided customer service above & beyond expectations. The home is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. 15 min. from downtown Gainesville. We enjoyed restaurants(KiKu) Steak House & Lake Lanier Waterpark. Spent all day at Helen and tubing. We spent a day on the lake, rented a pontoon boat 1/4 mi. away and returned each and everying evening to enjoy a glass of wine on the large tiki deck. I would recommend this home to anyone.
