Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Jenny's Cove (named in honor and remembrance of my twin Jenny), direct oceanfront one of a kind uniquely designed for my Grandsons. Small family of four, grandparents and their grandchildren. It is a large spacious one bedroom with alcove (surfer's den) one bath and two vanity areas, with balcony overlooking ocean, intracoastal, Ponce Inlet and Smyrna Dunes Park. I NOW HAVE WI-FI FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

This sixth floor unit is located at the prestigious Inlet Condominiums, part of the luxurious Minorca Community. 38 acre resort-like complex features heated pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, boardwalks, exercise room, beach and river pavilions, sauna, whirlpools, barbeque grills, and much more. Adjacent to 220 acre Smyrna Dunes Park. Other amenities includes: newly completely renovated with tile floor throughout unit, all new furnishings, and the designed surfer's cove with bunk, trundle bed, storage baskets, TV/DVD area especially designed for "Little Surfer's." Can be partitioned off with drapes for privacy for their own little area. Anni, Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Loved Minorca. It was a wonderful, peaceful week. View was awesome. We plan on coming down in the fall. The river pavilion was beautiful, with the dolphin & manatee sightings, as well as the spectacular view from the balcony.

Absolutely Perfect

My wife and I chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary getaway. I don't think we could have chosen a more perfect spot in all of Florida! Anni's condo was everything we hoped for -- a great view of the ocean, relaxing and comfortable, all the amenities. And she was so friendly and accommodating - like we were old friends. The Minorca villas are extremely well-maintained and secure, yet you're just minutes from the beach. We are also avid tennis players, and we thoroughly enjoyed playing tennis with the locals almost every morning on the clay courts right across from our building -- made a lot of new friends that way! On top of it all, New Smyrna Beach is a wonderful, laid back community. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back!

Loved the unit. Unit has been updated and is very comfortable. The complex is my favorite in New Smyrna. The views from this unit are spectacular. Could not have asked for a better place to stay or a nicer person to deal with on the rental of their unit. I look forward to staying here again.
