River with private beach misrepresented

The daily price is $175 per night, plus $40 to leave for the maid. We stayed here for three days, and our decision to rent this property was largely based upon being able to swim and able to ‘walk down the steps to the private beach'.
As to swimming, this is a creek, not a river, and the only opportunity to swim is in one small isolated spot We just walked the creek with water socks.
As to 'walking down the steps to our own private beach' - There are about eight railroad ties used as steps for the first 15 feet or so, then the last 40 feet are very steep through the undergrowth, with no steps at all. We had to hang on the trees to keep from falling down, but each of us fell at some point. Getting up that steep hill was also very difficult, and I wouldn't do it with small children or people not very physically fit. The entry to the creek is a 3 foot sheer drop into the creek. There is no private beach or area to sit on at all.
Additionally, we spoke with the owner about whether they had a boat at the location, and they said that they didn't but we could rent one 3 miles away. The owner neglected to mention that using a canoe at this location is nearly impossible because the creek is ankle deep to waist deep and no practical way to get a canoe to the location. If these facts had been honestly represented we never would have stayed here.
There is air conditioning on the first floor but not on the sleeping floor which is in the walk-out basement. We find we need the air conditioning at night to help us sleep, and this was troublesome. The basement is mostly finished but has a concrete floor that gives it a basement feel. The only shower has an open concrete floor which gets very slick, so watch out if you have small kids.
On a positive note, the first floor is very pretty and the view and deck is very nice too, we would just encourage the owners to more accurately represent the amenities.
