Washer/dryer, microwave, cable TV, Internet access (bring your laptop), air conditioning, parking for 2 cars per rental on property, separate outside patios with BBQs, table & chairs, and outdoor rinse-off shower. 2 beach tags included. Linen rental available for additional $50/wk (sheet sets & bath towels - beach towels NOT available for rental) Possible multi-family renting with my other units.
